These are called bras! Some girls don't get the concept that they have a chest and need to wear bras, even the tiniest of chests need bras. Some shirts come with bras built in, if it's padded enough to give you support then you don't need a bra; if it's not padded or the padding isn't keeping the girls up then you still need a bra! Bigger girls might not need padded bras so they should look for a bra with no extra padding in the bottom, littler girls don't NEED the extra padded bras but should have atleast one for certain shirts where you just want to look like you have a little extra.
